My wife and I just finished nearly a year of training with Revolution Fitness and we LOVED it! The only reason we aren’t still training there is because we had to move. Here are some reasons we loved Revolution so much and miss it like crazy:

The first reason is, with out a doubt, the coaches! They are awesome trainers and very knowledgable! I really admire the way that they would alter an exercise to fit each persons ability to help them build up their strengths in the areas of weakness! If you have a question about training/injuries/stretches/nutrition they have the answers. They are willing to go above and beyond to help you achieve your fitness goals.

The second reason, would have to be the sessions. They are always challenging and keep your body guessing. They also keep things interesting and are constantly evolving their training sessions so you don’t get bored. If you leave a session and you aren’t exhausted, sweaty, and sore then you failed yourself and didn’t give it your all.

The third the nutrition guidance. They have simplified a nutrition guide to the point even I could understand and follow it. Nutrition was the toughest part for me because I didn’t understand it and felt like everything I found online was too complicated or expensive. They solved that problem with their program.

Finally and most importantly the FAMILY! When you join the academy it’s not like any other gym membership. You become one of the family. The coaches and other great people you meet at the sessions are so encouraging and want nothing more than to see you succeed. We truly miss the friendships we gained training with the academy. You won’t get that at other gyms. I’ve never experienced anything like that at a gym!

Honestly I don’t know what more you could want from a fitness and training program. I just wish I would have discovered them sooner!
