Mackerel Patê

Ingredients

200g of cooked mackerel ( we like the peppered and peri peri ones)
4 tablespoons of natural fat free Greek yoghurt

Method

Remove the skin from the mackerel and discard. Place the mackerel in a blender along with the Greek yoghurt and blend until you have your desired consistency. You could also add more Greek yoghurt for a softer consistency. That’s it! Simples!
