“After losing 5 stone on my own dieting and attending a ladies’ only gym I needed a new challenge to put my fitness levels to the test and to give me new goals to aim for. I had gotten stuck in a rut of not seeing much change in my weight and finding the gym I attended too easy.
I was very apprehensive when I first contacted Revolution Fitness, my first chat was with Adam P and I instantly felt welcome and like it was the sort of challenge I was after. After the consultation I signed up and it was the best decision I have ever made.
I joined at the end of February 2016, during my first few sessions I struggled to keep up but the trainers and other members were excellent at helping and encouraging me to make sure I didn’t give up. I really felt like I belonged right from my first session. Now I have been coming for a while I am still getting challenged with each session as the guys all know when to push me to try more weights or different exercises.
In just my first month I had lost 10 pounds and 9 inches and felt amazing. I always feel a great sense of achievement after each workout and I could not imagine going back to how I was before I joined up. My confidence and fitness levels are soaring and I absolutely love being part of it.
When they say 24/7 support they really mean it. No question is ever viewed as being silly and I always get very quick responses to keep me on track whether this is to do with fitness or nutrition.
