2 cups of hazelnuts
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of maple syrup
3 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder or butter
Bake the hazelnuts at 180C for about 10 minutes, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
Once cool blend them in a food processor for about 10 minutes, until they totally breakdown. (use a powerful blender) then add maple syrup and cocoa and blend again, before gradually pouring in the water – it’s important that the first 3 ingredients are mixed properly first before you add the water.
