I’ve always been reasonably fit. I played sports for my school and university and kept it up after finishing my studies. However over the last few years i’d let my fitness slip and following a tough 2014 I started the new year heavier than i’d ever been. It took me a while to realise i wasn’t happy, so I started watching what I ate, but I knew that wasn’t going to be enough. So at the end of June, after speaking to Adam, I decided it was now or never….i was going to join his Fitness academy. It was the best decision i’ve ever made. I’ve had personal trainers before, but never had such a complete package. Adam heads a young, fit and dynamic team and their knowledge and support is amazing. The sessions challenge you, but the other members make it fun. 12 weeks into my journey and i’m feeling fitter and with the nutritional re-education I have lost a lot of the weight gained in 2014. I’m looking forward to shedding more weight, getting even fitter, getting back to the old me and getting a PB on the London Marathon in April. I can’t thank Adam and his team enough for getting me back on track.
