I have only been a member for a couple months now, but I can honestly say, this is the best decision I’ve made regarding my health and fitness. I have always been a member of a gym. And I can say that I was actually consistent in going to the gym 3-5 days a week. Unfortunately, I was going just to go. I had no motivation. My diet was not great. And my overall mood was just “blah.” I was at a point where I was beginning to see a noticeable decline in how I felt and looked. I joined Rev-Fit really just to regain my motivation. Something I hoped the coaches could help me with. But, since joining, I have gained so much more! Not only is my fitness level improving each and every day, but my body fat % has declined quite a bit. My confidence in and out of the gym is through the roof. My posture is straighter. I stand taller. And I feel great. The great thing about Rev-Fit is that this has happened without much thinking on my part. Adam and the other coaches do a great job in coming up with daily workouts. I don’t have worry about what I am doing. I show up, and do what I am told. Don’t get me wrong, it is not easy by any means. And, if I am lagging behind, the coaches and other members are always there to push me harder. The support system and community within Rev-Fit is amazing. I also find that my diet has become easier. The nutrition manuals and recipes are available to me anytime I need to access them. On top of that Adam has given me nutrition advice anytime I need it, day or night. I truly get 24/7 support in all aspects. If you are questioning whether or not to join, I say quit waiting around and join this moment. I can say with 100% certainty that this will be the best decision that you have made!
