Sugar Free Strawberry Jam
400g of fresh strawberries
3 tablespoons of best quality honey
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Remove the green ends of the strawberries and place in a pan along with the honey. Cook on a low heat for about 10 minutes or until soft. Mash with a potato masher until it’s as smooth as you’d like it.
Add the chia seeds and continue to cook on a low heat for about 20/30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool, it will also continue to thicken.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. This will stay delicious for a bout a week!
