When you start at REV/FIT, your fitness level and strength will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start.
Yes, we have an in-house nutritionist ready to support you! Whether that is providing calorie guidance or having a 1-2-1 meeting for your specific nutritional needs.
Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level. Then our workouts are scaled and adapted to your level and needs and look out for you each step of the way. Each of our workouts are progressed or regressed or downright changed to you for your personal needs. Our coaches are there to support you.
We give you unlimited access to our facility. We recommend starting at 3-4 days a week depending on your level. You’ll be sore some days but we’ll laugh through it together and we’ll work to recover and have you feeling fresh.
All of our sessions are designed around progression and engagement. We know the workouts you enjoy are the workouts you keep doing. Our programming is designed to have you moving pain free, recovering faster, moving for longer, feeling stronger than ever before, and enable your confidence to skyrocket. No matter what the session, just know our coaches are there to get you through it!
Sessions are 45 minutes lead by professional coaches. They will be there to show you exactly what needs to be done and how to do it. They’ll be happy to make sure every workout has you leaving feeling confident and fantastic.
